Causes of Death of Disney Star Cameron Boyce Finally Revealed

Nearly a month after the young actor Cameron Boyce was found dead at his home in North Hollywood, California, the cause of the death of the Disney star was officially revealed.


Cameron edited from epilepsy on July 6, 2019 at the age of 20, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Department confirmed the case on Tuesday (7/30/2019).

"The Los Angeles Regional Medical Examination Department determined the cause of death of actor Cameron Boyce was an unexpected death due to epilepsy," the body examiner said in a statement.

On July 8, 2019, an autopsy was performed and the cause and manner of death was postponed.

It was only after further testing it was made that Cameron's cause of death was finally officially confirmed and the manner of his death referred to a reasonable limit.

The autopsy came just two days after the Camerons paid a tribute to him on social media.

His mother, Libby Boyce, shared one of Cameron's favorite photos on Instagram, Saturday (07/27/2019).

"My sunshine," Libby wrote next to a photo that showed Cameron passing his mother with a big smile.

During his lifetime, Cameron has appeared in several films including Grown Ups, Grown Ups 2, Eagle Eye and starred in the Disney Channel franchise titled Jessie and Descendants.

Disney Channel star who edited on Sunday (07/07/2019) at the age of 20 years was called suffering from epilepsy.

"Cameron's tragic death was caused by seizures due to epilepsy," Cameron Boyce's family spokesman told E! News on Wednesday (10/07/2019).

The family is currently still mourning and trying to pass these heartbreaking times.

Boyce's body has also been previously authorized by the authorities. However, at that time, the official cause of death was not known until further investigation by the medical team.

Opponent playing Boyce, actress Dove Cameron joined in speaking about the death of his colleague.

"Cameron is one of my favorite people in the world. Cameron is magic, an angel on earth," said Dove Cameron.

For the past six years or when Boyce was 14 years old, he continued, Boyce was always asking him to eat regularly.

He said, Boyce also helped him get out of his dark period.
